1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using NxtCall, you (the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. USE OF CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All logos, brands, marks, headings, labels, names, and signatures appearing in this application are properties either owned or used under license by NxtCall. The use of these properties or any other content of this App, except as provided in these terms, is strictly prohibited. You may not sell, modify, or reproduce the content for any public or commercial purpose without our written permission.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE & SECURITY RULES

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the App, including:

• Accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server/account without authorization.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system or network.
• Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network (e.g., via viruses, overloading, or crashing).
• Sending unsolicited electronic mail, including promotions or advertising.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. NxtCall reserves the right to involve law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users involved in such violations.

4. CALL RECORDING & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Crucial Requirement: You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the recording of telephone calls. This includes obtaining necessary consents from all parties involved in a call. NxtCall provides the technical tools, but you assume all legal risks and liabilities associated with the use of these tools.

5. INDEMNITY

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NxtCall, its executives, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, or losses arising from or resulting from their use of the App or their breach of these terms.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall NxtCall or its directors/officers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 15-day free trial. After the trial period, the service is chargeable based on the selected tariff. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the admin dashboard. Payments made for subscription periods are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
